Issue Description
If you encounter any of the following problems:
You can't launch the Archicad installer
Archicad fails to open
You encounter slowness or bugs in Archicad
You can't run your license managers
CI Tools Installer doesnt appear to launch
Anti-virus software may be the cause. To avoid these problems, we invite you to exclude Archicad from your anti-virus software by following this procedure:
Solution
Windows :
Quit all opened Archicad instances
Open your anti-virus software
Go to the Folder Exclusion Zone, or also called Trust Zone
Exclude the 4 GRAPHISOFT folders below:
C:\Programs\GRAPHISOFT
C:\Users\<Username>\GRAPHISOFT
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\GRAPHISOFT
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\GRAPHISOFT
Go to Trusted Applications or Authorized Applications and add
C:\Programs\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\ARCHICAD.exe
C:\Programs\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\ARCHICAD Starter.exe
C:\Programs\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\curl.exe
C:\Programs\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\CineRender\CineRenderNEM.exe
Restart Archicad installation
macOS :
Quit all opened Archicad instances
Open your anti-virus software

Go to Trusted Applications or Authorized Applications and add
\Applications\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\ARCHICAD XX.app
\Applications\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD "version number"\CineRender\CineRenderNEM.app
Restart Archicad installation
Exclusion on server workstation for BIMcloud Basic and BIMcloud
Windows :
C:\Programmes\GRAPHISOFT
macOS :
Macintosh HD\Applications\GRAPHISOFT
