The Sites tool has the ability to shift (upward or downward) the base of any Objects to sit on the surface of a mesh
So you can place Plants using either one of the methods the Site tool provides (either along a Line or on a Fill), or just by manually placing them, and then move them later on to sit on the mesh surface instead of having to adjust them all manually
To run the function, jest select the Plants (or objects) that you want to shift, and go to the Ci Tools menu - Sites - Elevate Plants to Mesh Surface:
This will shift to all selected objects to sit on the surface of any mesh that is above or below them:
If your project has multiple Meshes, and you want the Plants or objects to shift to the surface of a specific one, simply select the mesh you want along with all the objects before you run the function, and it will ignore all other meshes
For example, when running the function and selecting this mesh:
the Plants will shift up to that mesh's surface, instead of the mesh below, while all the other plants that are not above or below the selected mesh will be unchanged:
