4.2.1 How to create a recipe

Click the New button (item 3b in the illustration). A new recipe will be displayed and selected in panel 3, with its measurements shown in panel 4. The new recipe will be active, but can be disabled (see section 4.2.4).

If an existing recipe is selected when New is clicked, the new recipe will be an exact duplicate of the selected recipe (a number may be appended to ensure the name is unique).

Add a bill item to the list of measurements and define a quantity calculation to complete the recipe.
