3.3.8 How to use a 3rd party bill structure

Connections to a 3rd party BoQ will be provided by separate add-ons that communicate with Quantities. Each will have specific instructions, but in general the process will be the same as linking to any external source (see section 3.3.7, How to link to an external bill) with the exception that the 3rd party target should be selected when prompted for the bill source (rather than External File).
