License Manager Tool Downtime

Service Update

Please be advised - are currently suffering some delivery of service problems in the following areas:

• Graphisoft License Manager Tool – Uploading and Downloading of Soft Licenses is currently not available
• Archicad EDU Licensing – Applying for an EDU license is currently not available
• And BIMx Model Transfer – uploading to the Model Transfer site is currently not available
• Graphisoft Webstore - new Graphisoft Webstore-based Archicad Subscriptions cannot be started

We do not have a timeframe for the resolution of these issues as yet, so we are recommending that:

• If you have a Select License that you can’t access (due to not being able to Upload or Download it), contact our support desk to arrange an Emergency License
• If you are not affected, but do use Soft Licenses, we recommend Not Uploading or Downloading those until we update you to confirm that the issue has been resolved
