Full functionality is restored now on MyCi, Ci Tools Activation, and the Ci Tools Installer

As of 9:30 AM NZ time today, the MyCi site, Ci Tools Activation system, and the Ci Tools installer are all responding extremely slowly or not at all.
We are working on a solution for this as a matter of urgency, and will post any updates here as we make them.
