7.1 Overview

This chapter provides a reference for every Quantities expression that provides access to data from ARCHICAD elements, describing common usage, provisos, illustrations and links back to other documentation as appropriate.

Sections 4.4, Calculated Measurements, and 4.7, Measurement Questions provide useful background information, context and examples that should ideally be read first. Following sections 8, Calculation Functions, and 9, Calculation Operators show how these data can be manipulated and combined in calculations.
