What is a GRAPHISOFT ID
Graphisoft ID (GS ID for short) is a unique identifier, based on users’ email addresses, to allow unified login to various web systems managed by GRAPHISOFT. Each user only needs one GS ID to log in to multiple websites.
It is your gateway to a great personal experience with all of the products and services we offer, including Archicad, BIMx, BIMcloud, Learn, Community, and Forward. With Graphisoft ID, you can:

Each user may need one Graphisoft ID to login to multiple websites, or you can also have multiple Graphisoft IDs for different services to personalise your experience.

Is a GRAPHISOFT ID different to MyCi
Yes! MyCi is the Central Innovation Customer Portal where you can unlock everything we offer to our customers. GRAPHISOFT ID is a digital identity used by GRAPHISOFT and Archicad for licence and administration purposes.
How many GRAPHISOFT ID's do I need?
One for each user is required. You can invite users to join your company through the GRAPHISOFT ID that is the administrator for the account. This is usually the first user registered with the company. Please log a ticket if you need help determining who is your company admin.
How do I manage the GRAPHISOFT ID's connected to my company?
When logged in as the company administrator you can see, invite and remove users.
