You can make changes to your Ci Tools subscription type, frequency, and Payment Method online on MyCi (https://myci.centralinnovation.com).
To get started, login there, and go to Manage My Tools - Tool Subscriptions
You'll then be taken to the Subscription management screen. There are quite a few options here, but the most commonly used ones are:
- This option will allow you to change the Credit Card that is used to do your next payment (and all payments after that) - so hit this button if you have changed cards, or your old card expired, and you have a new one to enter
- This option will allow you to switch your Subscription plan or Tier. For instance, to change from a Pro subscription to Premium. Upgrades are done immediately and incur a part-payment for the change in price, and Downgrades are done at your next billing date
- This option allows you to toggle your Payment Frequency between Annual and Monthly
- And this option allows you to cancel your subscription entirely
Note: You can only make 1 change at a time - i.e. you can Downgrade your Subscription type, but if you do so, you will not also be able to change to Monthly, or Cancel your subscription within the same Billing period
