Changing your Ci Tools Subscription or Payment Method

You can make changes to your Ci Tools subscription type, frequency, and Payment Method online on MyCi (https://myci.centralinnovation.com).

To get started, login there, and go to Manage My Tools - Tool Subscriptions

You'll then be taken to the Subscription management screen. There are quite a few options here, but the most commonly used ones are:

1. This option will allow you to change the Credit Card that is used to do your next payment (and all payments after that) - so hit this button if you have changed cards, or your old card expired, and you have a new one to enter
2. This option will allow you to switch your Subscription plan or Tier. For instance, to change from a Pro subscription to Premium. Upgrades are done immediately and incur a part-payment for the change in price, and Downgrades are done at your next billing date
3. This option allows you to toggle your Payment Frequency between Annual and Monthly
4. And this option allows you to cancel your subscription entirely

Note: You can only make 1 change at a time - i.e. you can Downgrade your Subscription type, but if you do so, you will not also be able to change to Monthly, or Cancel your subscription within the same Billing period
