This object is only available in the Ci Essential Library for Australian and New Zealand Select (SSA) Customers.
Essential Library can be downloaded from https://myci.centralinnovation.com
The Zone Stamp#1940 object can be found in the zone catalogues after you have your Ci Essential library loaded to your file.
To use the Zone Stamp#1940 object functionality of these objects:
1, In the object’s Settings dialog, choose the Shape option for Graphic Editing.
- Click OK to save the setting.
- Place the object inside the wall.
A control pallete will be displayed on top of the object, you can now drag it close to your object by clicking on the red node in the top left hand side corner.
Remember from the setting we have the Floor shape which is set to the rectangular, now we need to change this to custom shape as we have an inregular shape of the wall in this case.
Ctrl+T Bring up the settings of the object and change the settings as below.
We now able to change the shape of our edges by drag the red point of the edge, make sure you choose the option which is shape<move vertax (first option on top)
In this graphical editing mode, there is a quick way to modify the edge type and also the dimensions.
You should normally modify the settings for your text label in your model view options, under CI ESSENSTIAL LIBRARY.
You can see now you have the label text which has 3 lines of information.
We are going to delete them and change it to zone name and the area only.
We can use the – and + icon to delete and add the categories, and using the auto text to add the information we want to show.
