Initial Project Set-Up

The Project set-up will be determined by the project outcome. Number and type of plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, etc, need to be stablished when the project starts.

 

It is also important to understand the different stages of the design process.

 

Close consultation with the client will provide a clearer vision of the outcome. Some clients would require a schematic proposal when others will be interested in a more comprehensive development which involves authority approvals.

 

Most of the information required at the beginning of project set-up will populate, create, and dictate the rest of the project.
