Students and teachers get full access to our knowledge base and CI Tools.
This article will walk you through the registration process to get started with access to our knowledge base. Please follow this guide carefully as some automatic emails will need to be ignored!
Step 1: Register for an Account using your EDU email.
Only Educational Emails will be accepted.
The first step is to sign up with your full name and your educational email address. This address needs to belong to an educational institution.
After clicking Sign Up, you will be asked to check your email. Ignore this!
As an student / teacher, we will need to activate your account manually.
Step 2: Submit a ticket to request access to our Knowledge Base.
As a student / teacher, we will provide you with access to our Knowledge Base, CI tools and Technical Support. All you need to do is request access using a technical support ticket.
Step 3: Set up your password
After you request access, we will manually send you out a link to set up your account password. All previous emails can be ignored as the links they contain only work for customers with a Select / GRAPHISOFT Forward Subscription.
Create your password following the rules.
After setting your password you will be automatically logged in.
Step 4: Bookmark this page so you can come back.
To sign in later on, use the Student Sign In at the top of the screen, or the specific educational sign in links on the pages.
