BRC-157 the Bracing tool can't find a few window holes so it places a brace there

BRC-160 If we set the Bracing Type's “Height constraint; Decrease BUs above” to 0, it becomes unchangeable afterward.

BRC-163 Setting the Height Constraint value to Zero does not allow you to change it back to any non-zero value
