Bulk Editing with Metadata Palette

With Multiple Elements Selected and Properties Populated, we can make bulk changes to several Elements at the Same Time.

In the Selection below we have two elements selected, a wall and a slab. Because the Elements have a property mismatch, that is to say that not all Elements selected have the same property sets, these are indicated in blue.
 

It is then possible to do bulk editing across all selected Elements if the property is in Black, meaning that all selected Elements share this Property. In the case shown below a custom value of False is being applied to both these Elements.

We can select from the Property settings available as drop-downs or enter text depending on the Property Settings in the Property Manager.

This allows for Properties to be changed irrespective of the Element type across a large selection in the project.
