Manually Uninstall the Ci Tools.

Sometimes the Ci Tools Installer is not able to Update your Ci Tools due to permissions problems overwriting the existing files you have installed

If this happens, the easiest way to get around it is often to do a manual uninstallation of the tools first - the process is simple and only takes a minute or two.

Once you are done, just start the Ci Tools Installer again, and retry the Tools installation
