Shelves and dividers may be placed within a module:
- Via the Settings dialog - see How to Partition a Cabinet in the Settings Dialog
- Graphically - see How to Partition a Cabinet Graphically.
You can define different shelf and divider types. Once defined, these may be used anywhere within the cabinet.
Having placed shelves and dividers, you can later edit the settings of:
- All shelves and dividers within selected modules.
- Individual shelves and dividers.
How to Define Shelf Types
To edit the list of available shelf types, go to the Shelves & Dividers > Available Shelf Types page.
While working on this page, the 3D preview shows only an example of the selected shelf type. If you don't see this, click on the Refresh button at the bottom of the screen.
On the Available Shelf Types page, you can:
- Rename a shelf type.
- Delete a shelf type (provided it is not in current use).
- Add a shelf type.
- Adjust the settings of a shelf type.
The shelf type defines not only the shelf style (solid panel, slats, roll-out tray, etc.) but also the dimensions and surface.
