There’s a potential problem where if a user has a brand new Windows machine with nothing else installed on it, the CI Tools Installer may fail to run.
An error saying that the file “MSVCR100.dll” is missing will appear, and then if you click OK, it also complains that “MSVCP100.dll” is missing as well.
This can be fix it easily by downloading and installing the latest Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x86) from here: Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2022
