In some Situations, Placing Slab Edges crashes Archicad

We have recently found a bug in the Objective tool which causes Archicad to Crash when placing a Slab Edge in certain conditions.

The problem occurs when placing a Slab Edge based on picked up (eye-dropper'd) settings from an already-placed slab edge, or when placed using a favourite that was saved using the settings of an already-placed Slab Edge.

We are working on a fix for this, but for now, it is relatively simple to correct:

• Once you have Picked up/Eye-droppered the settings you want for the Slab Edge, open the Settings dialog for it
• Go into the All Parameters portion of the Settings:

• Open the Addon Parameters section, and find elementGUID:

• Clear that field entirely - the field should be completely blank
• The go ahead and place your Slab Edge and/or re-save the favourite
