Note Previously saved Teamwork Projects cannot share Keynotes

This is a bug in all current versions of the Keynotes tool as of March 20, 2023

If you Share a new Teamwork project from a file which has never been saved (i.e it is not based on a PLN file, but was just shared immediately after starting a new, blank project), any Keynotes that are added to the project cannot be shared to any other Teamwork users.

We are working on a fix for this, but in the meantime, all you need to do to fix it is to save it as a Solo project at least 1 time, and then reshare it. The act of saving as a PLN corrects the problem.

So if you are experiencing the problem:

• First, have everyone send and receive, and then leave the project
• Save a PLN copy of the project
• Open that saved Solo PLN project
• Share the project again to your BIMCloud Server
• And then have everyone else sign back in again
