Results Summary Report

This article describes how you can create reports from your checking results in Solibri. You can generate reports of the checking results at any stage to give a permanent record at key stages or periodic times, depending on your requirements. Reports are generated in different commonly used formats, such as PDF, .doc, .xls and BIM Collaboration Format (.bcfzip).

The Results Summary report can be created from a whole Ruleset (as shown in the Video as an example), a sub-ruleset or an individual rule. It gives detailed information about the checking results and functions as a tool for evaluating model quality development.

To report a summary of the checking results:

1. In the Checking view, select the ruleset(s) to be reported.

2. Click Report in the Result Summary view:

   

3. A dialog opens:

   

4. Add a name for the report in the Report Title field. The default title is the name of the highlighted ruleset.

5. Select the Excel template from the drop-down menu. For further options, see the note below.

6. Click Save Report.

7. Select the destination folder and click Save As.
